The modern spa is equipped for relaxation with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, infrared cabin and relaxation areas. A textile sauna is also available. Treatments at the beauty and hair salon are complementary to the Modern Mayr programmes. You can also supplement your programme with additional medical services and treatments, specialist examinations, health psychology, medical massages, physical therapies and baths, spa body treatments, physiotherapy and detoxifying treatments form the core of Modern Mayr Medicine.

Nutrition is a fundamental concept of your stay and upon your arrival, a consultation with the doctor will take place on arrival to tailor your individual nutrition plan from eight possible alkaline-based diets from strict fasting to the reduced-calorie Mayr Energy Diet. The meals are based on Modern Mayr cuisine with a focus on alkaline based and light meals using herbs from the onsite garden and locally sourced ingredients to help regenerate the digestive system.
