MasQi, The Energy House is a boutique wellness retreat set in a restored 19th-century farmhouse in the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park. The essence of MasQi focuses on the main pillars of yoga, meditation, energy therapies, Ayurveda and bio-gourmet food as a recipe to find emotional and mental balance. Its secluded and serene location offers a tranquil setting to rest and revitalise on a holistic wellness journey, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and nature and balance the mind, body and spirit.

Hotel Facilities

The hotel has been designed with rest and rejuvenation in mind and to improve the body and mind. Simply spend your days practicing yoga and meditation in the dome, relaxing by the pool or discovering the walking trails in the natural surroundings of Sierra de Mariola Natural Park.

Wellness Facilities

Indulge in a range of massages, wellness treats and therapies in the Massage House where the goal is to improve your physical, emotional and mental state of health. Sessions fuse ancient techniques such as traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda with innovative techniques such as kinesiology along with energy treatments, mentoring sessions and traditional body and facial treatments.

Dining

The Bio Gourmet cuisine is one of the fundamental pillars of Mas Qi’s philosophy with daily changing menus based on macrobiotic foods. Health is integrated effortlessly and with maximum enjoyment and respect for the environment, emphasising the ecological products with a great variety of locally sourced and season ingredients.
