A true haven of wellbeing, Euphoria Retreat offers a calming environment as soon as you enter the entrance gates. Designed in harmony with the surrounding environment, the retreat combines contemporary minimalism with warm earthy colours throughout, as well as stunning views of Mount Taygetus and Mystras Castle. The retreat homes a state-of-the-art gym with the latest Technogym equipment and includes TRX equipment and a reformer Pilates machine. There are also 2 yoga & meditation studios with ceiling to floor windows which offer spectacular views of the mountains. A wide range of complimentary daily group wellness activities, such as hikes, yoga, Pilates, fitness, and workshops aim to gently restore body, mind and soul and enhance your transformational journey. A garden stretches out to the front, with areas dedicated to the five elements and their different energies, while a private forest provides over 78,000 sqm of space for biking, trekking and outdoor classes. In keeping with the wellness philosophy, technology is only allowed in bedrooms and main reception area.

The spa is the centrepiece of the retreat and emphasises the purpose of healing and rejuvenation. Spanning over four floors, the 3,000sqm spa is equipped with a tepidarium, salt room, outdoor California hot tub, Kneipp circuit, experiential showers, Finnish sauna and steam room as well as 2 relaxation areas. The retreat also boasts an indoor to outdoor sphere pool with a hydrotherapy circuit. The sphere pool has been designed to imitate a womb-like experience of relaxation and rebirth and if you dip your head underwater, you can hear the soothing sounds of dolphins.

Euphoria Retreat offers one of the most innovative and cutting-edge approaches to nutrition with a 3GL test included with all wellness programmes. Based on a pinprick blood test, which measures the three most important biomarkers for metabolic health – glycogen, glucose, glutathione (the ‘3GLs’), as well as a simple urine test which measures more than 12 active metabolites and metabolically significant amino acids. According to each individual’s results, food menus are then totally customised in order to achieve better balance, energy and optimum health.

Euphoria Retreat’s ‘GAIA’ restaurant complements the spa experience with healing food that will keep you mentally alert and energetic throughout your stay. The menu has been carefully designed by the nutritionists and chefs to restore the optimal function of digestion, allowing the cleansing treatments to reach their fullest effect. The dishes are inspired by Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, using healthy, wholesome natural ingredients, fresh herbs, antioxidant-packed spices and essential nutrients. Gaia Restaurant offers a varied and balanced Greek and Mediterranean inspired menu with organic and locally sourced ingredients. The menu has been carefully designed by the nutritionists and chefs to ensure there are plenty of fresh herbs, antioxidant-packed spices and essential nutrients. Alcohol and coffee are not encouraged at Euphoria, however, there is a light menu available for those who would like to enjoy a drink during dinner.
