From the pick up at the airport this resort was nothing but amazing. The spa tram are so lovely and helpful. Dr Mobi spends time to get to know you so that she can prescribe the most effective treatments for your stay. Dr Shona is hands down the best massage therapist , I looked forward to my marma massage everyday. Cheers and Harintha were so friendly and the treatments they gave daily were fab! Dr Moli gave me Pranic healing everyday and it was so relaxing and she gave me some breathing exercises to help with stress management. Now for the food.... wellness food was.not something I was looking forward to but I was mistaken. The food was delicious and everything was prepared fresh and from local produce. The culinary team were so lovely, Joseph especially was really helpful and was always happy to chat. My villa was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous veranda with its own lily pond. It was almost on the beach and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing into the shore was bliss. The resort has beautiful gardens and a large ans well maintained swimming pool. I also spent half a day on the resorts houseboat, don't miss this activity ad it is gorgeous. The replsort also organised a cooking class that was very informative. I spent a relaxing and blissful 2 weeks at Carnoustie and I plan on going back very soon.
