The Absolute Approach
Every programme at Absolute Sanctuary is built on four pillars, woven through each day of the stay. Movement for Vitality brings intentional movement through Pilates, yoga and functional fitness, led by expertly trained instructors. Healing from Within uses integrative therapies — detox, breathwork, cold immersion and mind-body practices — to address stress and the emotional and energetic imbalances behind it.
Nourish to Flourish centres on anti-inflammatory, nutrient-rich food designed to support each programme's goals, and Live the Change gives guests the tools, coaching and rituals to carry wellness into daily life after the stay. The aim throughout is sustainable, personalised change, shaped around where each guest is starting from.

Facilities at Absolute Sanctuary are designed to support both active days and restorative downtime. At the centre of the resort is a 20 by 10 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, with the ChillWell Lounge nearby for quieter moments and free wireless internet throughout. A full weekly schedule of activities runs alongside the programmes, including wellness talks, healthy cooking sessions, daily educational workshops and optional island excursions for guests who want to explore Koh Samui at a gentle pace.
Wellness Facilities
The spa at Absolute Sanctuary is built around seven indoor treatment rooms and six outdoor Thai salas, so treatments can be taken in private or in the open air surrounded by tropical greenery. The menu covers Thai and oil massages, anti-stress and specialty massages, detoxifying body wraps, Intraceuticals facials and Moringa treatments.
The detox centre has four colon hydrotherapy treatment rooms staffed by a wellness consultant and three nurses, alongside a FAR infrared sauna, herbal steam room and Salt Sanctuary. Supportive emotional and alternative therapies are available throughout.
For movement, there are two yoga studios, one indoor and the open-air Sun Shala, running up to 14 classes a week across Hot, Flow, Yin Yang, Hatha and Restorative styles, with visiting workshops and teacher trainings. The Pilates facility is split between a group studio with 20 Merrithew SPX reformers and a private studio equipped with reformers, Cadillac, Chair and barrel, again with up to 14 group classes a week and private sessions available. Alongside these sit a fitness studio with cardio, strength and functional equipment, and a Rhythm Cycling Studio with 20 bikes for music-driven sessions.
Recovery is supported by the Absolute Contrast Therapy area, which pairs a hot jacuzzi with two cold plunges and a sauna. Aerial yoga is also available for guests wanting to add variety to their practice.

Dining is at the Love Kitchen, where menus are nutrient-rich and built around superfoods, wholefoods and natural, organic ingredients, with no refined sugar, chemical additives or trans fats. The menu is largely vegetarian, with seafood and chicken options, and covers superfood dishes, fresh salads, nourishing soups and desserts across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Detox guests follow a dedicated detox menu, and every menu is designed to support the goals of each programme.
